Section 14.09 - Penalties

Any manufacturer, wholesale dealer, agent, retail dealer or other person, who violates the applicable provisions of M.G.L. c. 64C, §§ 2A through 2F shall be subject to the penalties provided in M.G.L. c. 64C, § 2E.
