Section 26.13 - Limitations of RegulationsNothing in 454 CMR 26.00 shall operate to invalidate:
(a) Any term or condition in any collective bargaining agreement between employers and employees establishing more stringent standards of apprenticeship; or(b) Any special provisions instituted by the apprentice program sponsor for the benefit of veterans, minority persons, or women which are not otherwise prohibited by law.(c) The provisions of any Federal or State law or municipal ordinance establishing more stringent standards for apprentice training programs.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1275, eff. 12/5/2014.
