Section 23.06 - Enforcement(1) Any person who violates any provision of 454 CMR 23.00 shall be subject to a civil penalty not to exceed $500 for each violation.(2) Each day such violation occurs or continues shall be considered a separate violation.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1274, eff. 11/21/2014.
