Section 14.09 - Appeal and Reconsideration(1) The determination to approve or not approve an application for a training grant or a request for technical assistance funds is not subject to appeal under any provision of M.G.L. c. 151A.(2) The commissioner may reconsider a determination made under 430 CMR 14.00 based on newly discovered information or any other reasonable cause.
