A penalty shall not exceed $10,000.00 per violation per day. Each day's violation shall constitute a separate violation.
There may be a penalty assessed for more than one Violation per day. For example, where on one day a Person violates the discharge limits for various pollutants, the Authority may assess a separate penalty of up to $10,000.00 for each pollutant limit violated.
