Section 10.042 - Municipal Permit Renewals(1) Within 60 days of the expiration of its Municipal Permit, each Municipality shall complete and file at its expense a Municipal Permit renewal form which may be obtained from the Authority.(2) Any Person discharging or proposing to discharge Wastewater directly to the Authority Sewerage System shall be identified by the Municipality in which the discharge is located.(3) Each Municipality shall: identify all Septage disposal sites within its boundaries and approved by the local board of health and/or DEP under 310 CMR 15.00: The State Environmental Code, Title 5: Standard Requirements for the Siting, Construction, Inspection, Upgrade and Expansion of On-site Sewage Treatment and Disposal Systems and for the Transport and Disposal of Septage; list all Septage haulers the Municipality has approved and authorized to discharge Septage at Septage disposal sites within its boundaries; and identify all control and monitoring measures employed at all Septage disposal sites within its boundaries.(4) The Authority shall evaluate the adequacy of data furnished in the application form. If insufficient data have been furnished, the Authority will notify the Municipality to provide additional data within a specified time. After reviewing the data, the Authority may issue the Municipal Permit. The Authority may stipulate special conditions and terms upon which the Municipal Permit will be issued.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1399, eff. 9/6/2019.
