Section 3.91 - Exemptions(1) Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 111H, §§ 30 and 48, the selection of an operator is not subject to the requirements of M.G.L. c. 149, §§ 44A through 44J.(2) Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 111H, § 48, the selection of an operator is not subject to the requirements of M.G.L. c. 7, §§ 38A1/2 through 38N.
