Section 7.08 - Modification Suspension and RevocationThe Subcommittee may, at any time, suspend any experimental use permit, pending inquiry, for no longer than ten days, and after affording the permittee notice and an opportunity to be heard, may revoke, or modify the provisions, of the permit, if it finds:
(1) Its terms or conditions are being violated, or are inadequate to avoid unreasonable adverse effects on the environment, or(2) The permittee has made a false or misleading statement in the application, or(3) The permittee has violated any provision of the Massachusetts Pesticide Control Act, or FIFRA, or any regulations, standards, orders or permit issued under either.
