Section 18.03 - Exemptions

Owners and operators of facilities in compliance with the applicable provisions of the following regulations are exempt from the provisions of 314 CMR 18.00:

(1)310 CMR 72.04: Performance Standard for Dry Cleaners ;

(2)310 CMR 71.06: Supplemental Requirements for Photo Processors and Printers; and

(3)310 CMR 40.0000: Massachusetts Contingency Plan.
