For any of the purpose set forth in M.G.L. c. 21O or 310 CMR 80.00, any Owner or Operator of a UST system shall upon reasonable request of the Department furnish information relating to UST systems and UST components, conduct monitoring or testing, and permit the Department to have access to, and to copy all records relating to, such UST systems and UST components within the time specified in the Department's request.
