Payment of a grant award to a grantee shall be made as reimbursement for costs incurred by the grantee and shall be subject to 310 CMR 40.1450 through 310 CMR 40.1462. The terms and conditions of payment, and all required supporting documentation to be submitted by the grantee prior to payment shall be set forth in the Grant Agreement.
