Section 40.1455 - Notice Provisions(1) For each funding round, the Department shall publish a notice in the Environmental Monitor and on the Department's website announcing the availability of grants, application procedures and deadlines. The availability of grants shall also be announced by the Department with any List of Disposal Sites published pursuant to 310 CMR 40.0168.(2) Information about the availability of technical assistance grants shall also be published by the person(s) responsible for the conduct of the response action at the disposal site as part of other public notices published pursuant to this Contingency Plan.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1503, eff. 3/1/2024.Amended by Mass Register Issue S1516, eff. 3/1/2024.
