Section 40.1451 - Purpose and Scope of Technical Assistance Grants(1) The Department may provide for limited grants in order to: (a) provide access to expert advice and technical assistance;(b) encourage more effective participation in the response action process by promoting access to and use of information; and(c) allow issues of concern related to the disposal site to be addressed.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1503, eff. 3/1/2024.Amended by Mass Register Issue S1516, eff. 3/1/2024.
