Section 40.1221 - Calculation of Indirect Rate(1) The Indirect Rate shall be recalculated in conformance with and on the same schedule as that utilized by 310 CMR 4.00: Timely Action Schedule and Fee Provisions.(2) Commencing October 1, 1993, and continuing until the Indirect Rate is changed pursuant to 310 CMR 40.1221(1), the Indirect Rate shall be $27.31 per Direct Hour.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1503, eff. 3/1/2024.Amended by Mass Register Issue S1516, eff. 3/1/2024.
