Section 40.1066 - Effect of Permanent or Temporary Solutions on Fees(1) Upon receipt of a Permanent Solution Statement, the Department shall suspend the further assessment of Annual Compliance Assurance Fees; provided however, that payment of such fees shall be required for the billable year in which the Permanent Solution is provided to the Department.(2) Upon receipt of a Temporary Solution Statement filed in accordance with 310 CMR 40.1000, the Department shall suspend the further assessment of Tier I or Tier II Annual Compliance Assurance Fees, whichever are applicable, and shall assess a Temporary Solution Annual Compliance Assurance Fee pursuant to 310 CMR 4.03: Annual Compliance Assurance Fee.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1503, eff. 3/1/2024.Amended by Mass Register Issue S1516, eff. 3/1/2024.
