Section 40.0840 - Possible Outcomes(1) The following outcomes are possible upon completion of a Phase II Comprehensive Site Assessment:(a) Comprehensive Remedial Actions are necessary at the site to achieve a Permanent or Temporary Solution as described in 310 CMR 40.1000. A Phase III study for the identification, evaluation and selection of Comprehensive Remedial Action Alternatives as described in 310 CMR 40.0850 is necessary to select a remedial action alternative; or(b) the requirements of a Permanent Solution under 310 CMR 40.1000 have been met, and a Permanent Solution Statement supported by information provided in the Phase II report shall be submitted to the Department.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1503, eff. 3/1/2024.Amended by Mass Register Issue S1516, eff. 3/1/2024.
