Section 40.0350 - Reportable Quantities for Oil and Hazardous Material(1) The Reportable Quantities for the following substances are established in 310 CMR 40.0351 and 40.0352: (a) oils and hazardous materials that are listed at 310 CMR 40.1600; and(b) hazardous materials that exhibit one or more of the characteristics set forth in 310 CMR 40.0347(1) through (5).(2) All releases into the environment of the same oil or hazardous material from a single facility in a 24 hour period shall be aggregated to determine if a Reportable Quantity for the respective oil or hazardous material has been reached or exceeded.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1503, eff. 3/1/2024.Amended by Mass Register Issue S1516, eff. 3/1/2024.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1519, eff. 4/12/2024.
