Section 32.08 - Accurate and Complete Record Keeping(1) No person shall make any false, inaccurate, or misleading statement in any record, report, plan, file, log, or register which that person keeps, or is required to keep, pursuant to 310 CMR 32.00. Any record, report, plan, file, log, or register which any person is required to keep shall be filled out completely and otherwise kept in compliance with 310 CMR 32.00, or any order issued by the Department.(2) Failure to comply with any requirement of 310 CMR 32.08 shall be grounds for appropriate legal action including, without limitation, suspension or revocation of any approval granted by the Department pursuant to 310 CMR 32.00.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1322, eff. 9/23/2016.
