Section 30.1054 - Response to Releases(1) A universal waste transporter shall immediately contain all releases of universal wastes and other residues from universal wastes.(2) A universal waste transporter shall determine whether any material resulting from the release is hazardous waste, and if so, it is subject to all applicable requirements of 310 CMR 30.001 through 30.900. If the waste is determined to be a hazardous waste, the transporter is subject to 310 CMR 30.300.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1522, eff. 5/24/2024.
