Section 30.1032 - Prohibitions(1) A small quantity handler of universal waste is:(a) Prohibited from disposing of universal waste; and(b) Prohibited from diluting, treating or recycling universal waste, except by responding to releases as provided in 310 CMR 30.1036; or by managing specific wastes as provided in 310 CMR 30.1034.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1404, eff. 11/15/2019.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1522, eff. 5/24/2024.
