Section 23.09 - Effective Date and Severability(1)Effective Date. 310 CMR 23.00 shall take effect May 2, 1997.(2)Severability. If any provision of any part of 310 CMR 23.00, or the application thereof, is held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other provision of 310 CMR 23.00.
