Section 7.03 - Initiation(1) Any person or any member of the Board may file a complaint with the Board charging:(a) a licensed site professional with misconduct;(b) a licensed site professional with being unable to perform the essential functions of a licensed site professional in the manner described in 309 CMR 7.01(7); or(c) a non-licensee with acting as, advertising as, holding himself or herself out to be, or representing himself or herself as being a licensed site professional.(2) The Board, in its discretion, may investigate anonymous complaints.
