Section 5.09 - Required Core Curricula(1)Appraisal Trainee. (a) 30 hours in Basic Appraisal Principles;(b) 30 hours in Basic Appraisal Procedures; and(c) 15-hour National USPAP or National USPAP Equivalency Course Approved by the AQB and the Board.(2)State-licensed Appraiser.
