Section 6.04 - Discipline(1) The Board may, after written notice and hearing, take disciplinary action against the license of a registered podiatrist for violation of any provision in M.G.L. c. 112, §§ 13 through 22, and §§ 61 through 65B or 249 CMR.(2) The Board may impose civil administrative penalties against individuals engaged in the practice of podiatry without a license pursuant to M.G.L. c. 112, § 65A.(3) Nothing in 249 CMR 6.04 shall be interpreted to prohibit the Board from taking any other action permitted by law.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1330, eff. 1/13/2017.
