Section 5.09 - Sanitary Conditions(1) Each school shall follow procedures to ensure that school premises, equipment and personnel meet reasonable sanitary and safety conditions. All cleaning and disinfection regulations applicable to salons ( 240 CMR 3.00: Cosmetology Salons) shall apply to schools.(2) Each school shall provide each student with an individual, secure space large enough to keep the student's effects.(3) Each school may establish the attire to be worn by students and require its students to dress in compliance with school requirements.(4) Every school shall maintain lavatories in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1392, eff. 5/31/2019.
