Section 5.02 - Definitions

For purposes of 239 CMR 5.00, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

Contact Hour. A unit of measurement of organized learning experience lasting 50 consecutive minutes.

Registration Period. The one-year period between registration renewals beginning on November 1^st of each calendar year and ending on October 31^st of the next calendar year.
