Section 14.03 - Examination Review(1) Any applicant who fails an examination may apply to the Board in writing for an opportunity to review the examination in accordance with the Board's policy and examination process provided in the Board's Candidate Information Bulletin.(2) Each applicant seeking review of an examination shall submit the required fee for such review in accordance with the Board's policy and examination process provided in the Board's Candidate Information Bulletin.(3) Applicants permitted to review an examination may not be accompanied by any individual while engaged in such review in accordance with the Board's policy and examination process provided in the Board's Candidate Information Bulletin.(4) The Board shall make all final decisions with respect to the validity of examination questions, applicant scores and applicant licensure.(5)Review Timelines.(a) Requests for review of an examination shall be accepted in accordance with the Board's policy and examination process provided in the Board's Candidate Information Bulletin. The Board may delegate this authority, as well as authority to review appeals of examination questions/items to its test administration vendor per policies and procedures implemented by the Board.(b) Requests for review of an examination will not be accepted more than 30 days from the score report date.(c) Requests for the Board to entertain an appeal of examination questions/items will not be accepted more than 30 days from the date an examination review takes place.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1326, eff. 11/18/2016.
