Section 13.11 - Transfer of CO[2] Allowances

Following approval of the outcome of the auction and upon payment in full of the amount owed by the successful bidders, the DOER shall notify the Department, or its agent, to transfer and record CO₂ allowances into the corresponding bidders' CO₂ Allowance Tracking Account.
