For the duration of the contract term, the Local Governmental Body shall annually file with DOER an Annual Report utilizing the Guidelines established by DOER. Said Annual Report shall be filed not later than 90 days from the first anniversary of the effective date of the contract, and every year thereafter on the same date, ending with a final report on the contract termination date, or anytime before six months after the contract termination date.
