Section 79.03 - Annual Return for Water Companies

Along with the prescribed annual return, water companies shall provide the following material:

(1) the latest annual report to stockholders; and

(2) any annual financial or statistical reports regularly prepared and distributed to stockholders, security analysts or industry associations.
