This account shall include the cost of labor and material used in repairs to large open wells, shallow tubular wells, deep wells, artesian wells, springs, and repairs to infiltration galleries. Include also repairs to collecting reservoirs, intake wells, and conduits and appurtenant equipment when used for the collection of water from a ground source of water supply.
