This account shall include the cost of all labor and materials expended in the repairs and maintenance of general office buildings or other structures used for general purposes. This covers maintenance of walks, driveways and grounds connected therewith, and all incidental expenses connected with the maintenance of such buildings and structures. This account includes such buildings as general office buildings, general shops, general storehouses, general stables, garages, etc.
