This account shall include the cost of labor, materials used and expenses incurred in the maintenance of street lighting equipment and all other transmission and distribution system equipment not provided for elsewhere, the book cost of which is includible in accounts 386, Other Property on Customers' Premises, 387, Other Equipment, and 397, Communication Equipment.
