Section 23.07 - Remuneration to Distribution Companies(1) A Distribution Company may receive an annual remuneration up to 2.75% of the annual payments under a Long-term Contract. The purpose of such remuneration shall be to compensate the Distribution Company for accepting the financial obligation of the Long-term Contract.(2)220 CMR 23.07 shall be acted upon by the Department at the time of contract approval.
