Section 17.07 - Remuneration to Distribution Companies(1) A distribution company may receive an annual remuneration equal to 4% of the annual payments under a contract.(2) The purpose of such remuneration shall be to compensate the company for accepting any financial obligation of the long-term contract.(3)220 CMR 17.07 will be acted upon by the Department at the time of contract approval.
