In association with cooperating local police, fire, emergency management departments, and other public officials, each operator of an LNG facility or plant shall prepare a written evacuation plan to protect the public in the event of a determined controllable or uncontrollable emergency. Each operator shall review evacuation plans at least annually and revise plans as circumstances warrant. Each operator shall file a copy of the written evacuation plan and all updates with the Department's Pipeline Safety Division.
