Section 94.04 - Inspection Requirements(1) No Motor Vehicle Liability Policy for a Private Passenger Motor Vehicle including Physical Damage Coverage shall be issued or renewed in the Commonwealth unless the Insurer has inspected the motor vehicle in accordance with 211 CMR 94.00.(2) Physical Damage Coverage shall not be effective on an additional or replacement Private Passenger Motor Vehicle under an existing Motor Vehicle Liability Policy until the Insurer has inspected the motor vehicle in accordance with 211 CMR 94.00.
