211 CMR 91.00 shall govern the activities of Rating Organizations, the form and content of Rate Filings and Advisory Filings, and the conduct of hearings and related roceedings under M.G.L. c. 175E. 211 CMR 91.00 supersedes the prescription of forms for rate filings, codified as 211 CMR 76.00, and the procedures concerning rate filings and the conduct of hearings for motor vehicle insurance, other than private passenger coverages, under M.G.L. c. 175E, codified as 211 CMR 78.00.
