Section 67.20 - Additional Provision Related to Existing Groups

The security, net worth to premium, and reinsurance/excess insurance requirements, prescribed in 211 CMR 67.08(2)(c) and (d) and 67.21, shall not apply to groups approved prior to January 1, 1993 until the later of the following dates, regardless of whether the group is in the middle of a fund year on such later date:

(1) January 1, 1995; or

(2) the third anniversary of the date on which the group received its certificate of approval.
