The purpose of 211 CMR 58.00 is to recognize, permit and prescribe the use of mortality tables that reflect differences in mortality between Preferred and Standard lives in determining minimum reserve liabilities pursuant to M.G.L. c.175, § 9 and 211 CMR 29.05(1) and (2).
