211 CMR 41.00, promulgated pursuant to M.G.L. c. 176M and M.G.L. c. 30A, governs the form and content of rate and policy form filings, review, and hearing procedures for Closed Nongroup Health Plans and Closed Guaranteed Issue Health Plans as defined in 211 CMR 41.00. In accordance with M.G.L. c. 176M, § 5(i), nothing in 211 CMR 41.00 shall be construed to limit the Commissioner's authority to disapprove rates pursuant to M.G.L. chs. 175, 176A, 176B, 176G and 176I.
