Section 149.05 - General Requirements Related to Filing of Annual Comprehensive Financial Statement

All Carriers shall file with the Division an Annual Comprehensive Financial Statement on or before April 1^st for the year ended December 31^st immediately preceding. The Annual Comprehensive Financial Statement shall be submitted electronically in a form approved by the Commissioner.
