The company shall submit 12 copies of a plan for the Commissioner's approval. A copy of a plan must also be submitted o n a computer disk in a format determined by the Commissioner. The Commissioner or presiding officer may order the company to submit additional copies of a plan, and may specify electronic or other format requirements.
