*ompliance with 12 CFR 1005.20 constitutes compliance with 209 CMR 31.20, provided, however, that a gift certificate, as defined in M.G.L. c. 255D, § 1, sold or offered to be sold shall be valid for not less than seven years after its date of issuance, or in accordance with M.G.L. c. 200A.
