Section 18.07 - Registration Procedures(1)Registration. Each applicant for registration as a third party loan servicer shall submit a written registration on a form prescribed by the Commissioner, signed under the pains and penalties of perjury, containing such information as the Commissioner may from time to time require including, but not limited to, a description of the activities of the applicant.(2)Renewal of Registration. Each registration shall expire annually on a date determined by the Commissioner.
