(1) All decisions of the Department shall be in writing and shall be accompanied by a statement of reasons for the decision. A copy of the decision and such statement of reasons shall be served on all parties pursuant to 207 CMR 1.05(1).Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1347, eff. 9/8/2017.
