Section 3.20 - Stable Employees(1) The Commission shall license every person following the vocation of groom or stable foreman.(2) Application shall be made on printed forms furnished by and filed with the Commission and be accompanied by the applicable annual fee.Amended by Mass Register Issue 1414, eff. 4/3/2020.
