Section 256.07 - Self-excluded Persons(1) No Sports Wagering Operator shall allow, conduct, or participate in any advertising, marketing, or branding for sports wagering that is aimed at persons who have enrolled in a Self-exclusion Program pursuant to 205 CMR 233.00: Sports Wagering Voluntary Self-exclusion.(2) No Sports Wagering Operator shall direct text messages or unsolicited pop-up advertisements on the internet to an individual in the Self-Exclusion Program or shall allow any employee or agent of the Sports Wagering Operator, or affiliated entity or a third-party pursuant to contract, to take such actions.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1489, eff. 1/25/2023 (EMERGENCY).Amended by Mass Register Issue 1493, eff. 4/14/2023.
