Section 256.03 - Internal Controls

Each Sports Wagering Operator shall include in its internal controls submitted pursuant to 205 CMR 138.00: Uniform Standards of Accounting Procedures and Internal Controls for Gaming and 205 CMR 238.00: Uniform Standards of Accounting Procedures and Internal Controls for Sports Wagering provisions to ensure compliance with the requirements of 205 CMR 256.00.
