Section 233.05 - Maintenance and Custody of the List(1) The Commission shall be subject to the same obligations relative to the maintenance and custody of the voluntary self-exclusion list as set forth in 205 CMR 133.05(1) and (3).(2) Sports Wagering Operators shall have the same access to and obligations regarding the voluntary self-exclusion list as gaming licensees pursuant to 205 CMR 133.05(1) and (2).Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1484, eff. 11/16/2022 (EMERGENCY).Amended by Mass Register Issue 1488, eff. 11/16/2022 (COMPLIANCE).
